Father God I praise your holy name, I give you all the glory, honor and praise Please, Forgive my sins today And help me to live your way. Change me, mold me and transform me Into who you made me to be Give me ears to hear and eyes to see, And cleanse me from any sin within me, Take from me the bad and things unclean, Search my heart O Lord! Remove all that is not from you And fill me with your light and truth, Cover me with your holy blood, my Lord! And put a hedge of protection around me With your angels on guard with their sword Make my path straight And keep me away from the devil’s bait I want what you want my Lord! Therefore, put your desires in my heart and we will never be apart Your love lifts and sustains me I will always love you my king! Demons Demons come and taunt me some days They try to push and try to make me afraid. I tell them to leave this place I’m not their friend and this is my space. The holy spirit lives in me, They can’t touch me covered in God's grace. I’ll stand my ground and with a loud shout I’ll kick these evil spirits out. Jesus is my strength, I will not be afraid of their foul mouth And grossly stench. I’m battling the unseen and unknown But I know what their future holds And they know their time is short. I’ve watched them in my dreams Pacing back and forth Looking for ways to get us to open closed doors I’ve seen them watching as my family sleeps Looking for ways to make us weep Those pesky dumb creeps In Jesus’ name they will leave Because I know the good Lord takes care of his sheep. Lord, hear my cry! When the pain, I can no longer deny. Tears running down my face Screaming I’m done with this race I’m tired of always being last in place It’s the reason I keep losing faith. I tell myself “things will never change My life here will always be the same” But after sulking in this dark place You remind me that you give me enough of your grace And the hardest battles you give to your strongest soldiers Therefore, this pain is something I can and will get over Day after day I pray, Lead me your way Teach me to forgive and love Fill me with you light So that I can always do what is right Guard my mouth day and night Help me stand when I’m about to fall Surround me with angels strong and tall guard my heart from falling apart And no matter what I go through, You’re with me in my heart. Into your arms, where my child belongs In the hospital room we made our stay Despising walking again into this place Yet we counted our blessings Because we trust your ways Still we question why Oh why? Did this happen to our child at a young age? Was our faith not enough to heal our precious child? Oh, how she would melt hearts with her smile. As the days dragged on And the nights seemed so long Nothing changed and this illness stayed the same When will things change? Was the question in my mind day after day. We know you perform miracles And we believe in your healing power Can you, will you change things today? My child was so sick Beautiful and weak And now she’s gone Into your arms where your child belongs You called her home today Difficult as it may be Into your arms I give you my baby. Spirits Leave, In the name of Jesus The spirit of fear comes against us, While the spirit of confusion begins to fuss Leave and get out of our lives This family belongs to our Savior Jesus Christ We will serve no other Lord! Greater is he that is in us than he that is in the world Sadness tries to take the lead And depression wants to see us bleed But in Christ we are strong not weak And in Jesus’ name, these spirits have to leave Here comes anger once again, Bringing his many evil friends But once again Jesus comes to our defense. In our lives, evil spirits will come and go And at times they will even try to take control Keeping our eyes on Jesus Is the only way these spirits will leave us alone. Rosalinda Loy

Uniquely Made I'm running everywhere I go, wish my life would be like some Christian's I know, at ease and with such peace. So I asked God why can't I be like so and so and he said I didn't make you like them you know. Everyone is uniquely made, some have patience, some have faith. Others are prayer warriors and some are dream interpreters, some the future they predict, then there are those that can heal the sick and some are great at comforting the weak, some in tongues they speak and there are those who are destined to teach, some can discern spirits and cast out evil in minutes, some are given words of wisdom others perform miracles in this earthly kingdom all have a purpose with a gift, Souls of the lost they will lift, all are special in God's eyes a unique blend with different lives. Things hidden come to light Lies will get exposed, schemes will be disclosed Secrets no longer behind doors closed things hidden come to light All our wrongs can turn to right Leave the past behind Only Jesus can open the eyes of the blind Anger destroys the hearts of many Rage takes root tearing up families Give it to God! Only he can change our hearts Truth hurts, it cuts to the core Things we don't want to hear anymore. We must be still and listen to Jesus, who died for our sins, from the grave he has risen. And in you, he can now come live within. We're destined to become Christians No longer chained and in prison chosen by almighty God for a reason.
